Mercury equips the physician with a rich toolset to examine different data. It supports tools to pan, zoom, rotate, mark Regions of Interest (ROI) and annotate the data. Medical Informatics Standards Software Development Kit (SDK) for DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) and Health Level 7 (HL7) are toolkits that provide APIs for applications/medical devices to comply with NEMA's DICOM standard and Health Level 7's HL7 standard.
